cool bracelet

My very best friend gave me this cool bracelet.  It was a gift from his Japan trip.  As an architect-product designer, his gifts always carefully selected and always impress and inspiring.  Like this one, he said besides the bracelet itself , the designer is a cool Japanese lady “Hiroko Hayashi”.  That might inspire me and my sewing.

This remind me of my felt bracelet that I have done year ago.  It hasn’t been developed to a satisfaction point.  I told him that his gift can inspired me to develop mine, he also suggested me to look at the sewing book that he gave me as a birthday gift “Pattern Magic” by Tomoko Nakamichi which might give me a clue to create sculptural form from fabric.
